When we export our crispbread we do it in the name Swedish Crisp Bread.
The flour we use is of course KRAV certified (organic standards association) and comes from the Wästgöta association, a number of growers in Västergötland who grow ancient grains such as spelt, emmer, Öland farm wheat, etc. – organically. We use organic products from the Saltå Mill.
